Chandler Whole-Home Remodel
A full-house project that took the kitchen, the flooring and the finishes at the same time, so the family lived through the disruption once instead of three times.
The kitchen had a raised breakfast bar splitting the counter into two levels, which ate the workspace and blocked the sight line out of the room. Taking it out and running one flat quartz surface the whole way round changed how the kitchen worked more than any new cabinet would have.
A hex tile backsplash carried up to the window, a new sink and faucet, and the existing cabinetry cleaned up and rehung finished it. This is the kind of project that costs a fraction of a full remodel and gets most of the way to the same result.
