Chandler Whole-Home Remodel
A full-house project that took the kitchen, the flooring and the finishes at the same time, so the family lived through the disruption once instead of three times.
The brief was a master bathroom that felt like a hotel rather than a spare room, without closing the space in. A pony wall at the shower instead of a full tile wall keeps daylight moving through, and the glass sits on top of it.
The vanity is a navy double with a linen tower between the sinks, quartz tops and matte black fixtures. The shower is vertical stacked tile in a deep blue that picks up the cabinetry.
Behind all of it is a full Hydro Ban waterproofing system, installed and tested before any tile went up. That is the part of a bathroom nobody photographs and the only part that decides whether it is still sound in fifteen years.
